Selfless Service

From enlisting in the Air Force at 18, to teaching the next generation at 33, my life has been one of service. While my accolades are many, they have never been my priority. My primary goal in life is to continue serving my God, my Family and my Country, by any means necessary.

Teaching the Next Generation

My love of teaching began while I still served in the Air Force. Even though I loved serving my country, I had a burning desire to move on with my education and become a teacher. From May 2016 through August 2018, I managed to complete a Bachelor's degree in History from Texas A&M University. Soon thereafter, I was hired on at Fusion Academy and have been teaching there ever since.

Historian's Craft

Since the mid 90s, history has held a special place in my heart. However, my love for the historian's craft didn't blossom until I wrote my first research paper entitled British Bias Towards Latin-American Women. Since then, I've become fascinated with the art of digging, questioning, and connecting various aspects of history. I desire to continue this craft long after I earn my Masters.
